No motivation

I have had no motivation this week.  I have done good with my food this week and have lost weight, but no gym time.  I am gonna fix that and go the rest of the week...........

  1. You remember good ole Newton? An object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion tends to stay in motion. That is how I feel about the gym. If I take some time off (except for travel), it is so much harder to get back to the gym! I hope you are able to get your gym mojo back this weekend:)

  2. You will be so proud of yourself if you get the exercise in! Do it for your body and your sense of accomplishment. You'll be glad you did.
