So many ideas for blog posts running through my mind.  I will catch them all and write on each of them I promise.

Well the weight loss continues and I am loving it.  I am keeping the carbs down and protein up.  Water and vitamins are in everyday too.  Missed the gym yesterday and Monday, but those are the only days this week.
