I flew in from work on Christmas Eve at 1110pm and my mom picked me up. I knew what she would have to say about my weight loss as this would be the first time she had seen me in person since my surgery.....and she didn't disappoint. "You haven't been this small since high school.....I nearly cried sweet tears of joy and happiness. She hugged me so tight I could tell she was proud of me and my loss. The next day on christmas day I saw other relatives I hadn't seen in years. We had a great time joking kidding and just being a family. I hope everyone has had a great Christmas. New Years is coming and I will treat this holiday just as I have all the other holidays since Halloween and dress in amazing smaller clothes than I am use to and eat & drink responsibly so that when I wake up on the first I am not starting my wonderful new year off with regret.
I encourage everyone to enjoy yourself just remember "Moderation not deprivation," as regret is a bad taste in the morning.
